I was honestly a little bummed at first that I didn’t get to take any professional photos of you during your first week of life, given that we were stuck in the NICU until your 9th day. But I look back now and I’m also glad… glad because instead of spending that time posing and photographing you, I spent it holding you, bonding with you, getting to know you in a way that wouldn’t have been as easy at home. And besides, with a little patience, I still able to execute a few of the ideas I’d planned. Here are just a few of my favorites of your sweet little 10-day-old self.
