Hi! I’m Amanda. I’m a lab rat science geek turned children’s librarian turned family photographer. A northwest girl raised in the green and gloom of Seattle, I somehow ended up living in and learning to love the sunny Southern California desert. That’s where I live with my husband of 10 years and our two littles, a sweet and sassy little girl and a wild and smiley little boy. When it comes to photography, my primary goal is to create for myself and provide for my clients a healthy mix of unscripted realism and thoughtfully composed idealism that will be catalysts for fond memories of the people, places, and things that give meaning to life… photos that {Tell Your Story}. When I’m not photographing people, I can be found hiking, running, camping, baking, knitting, working out at the gym, hanging out with my kids. I love Jesus. I love food. I love fitness.
